Description

Do your students love task cards, but you need something with more substance to practice inferring? This set of 14 half-page inference task cards have students practice reading longer passages and making inferences based on evidence in text. For each task card, students must read the passage, make an inference based on a given question, and cite clues from the text that supports their inference.

Perfect for independent practice, small group work, early finishers, games like Scoot, or centers/stations. Laminate for best results. Store in a baggie or hole punch and put on a ring. There are so many ways to use task cards in the classroom! Enjoy!
