What teachers have said about this resource:

"Best task cards I have found yet. I bought all of your sets and love the versatility of them. I have two lab classes for my intervention students, one is 6th grade and the other is a mix of 7th and 8th. I love that these cards are large, they match standards, they are similar to the questions they will see on our district tests, and the students love the practice. I like to get my kids as prepared as possible for testing since a lot of them have anxiety over the complexity of the questions at time and these cards allowed me to better prepare them."

"I really enjoyed this research, and I'm so glad I purchased it! The passages were really high-interest and the perfect difficulty level for my students. The questions were exactly what I was looking for as well!"

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Engaging, Skill‑Building Inference Practice
Rated 5 out of 5

This Making Inferences resource is a fantastic tool for helping students strengthen one of the most essential reading comprehension skills. The combination of nonfiction task cards, a quiz, worksheets, and homework practice gives students multiple ways to practice making inferences — which is perfect for differentiation and repeated practice throughout the year. The nonfiction texts are interesting and accessible, and the task cards are excellent for partner work, literacy centers, or small‑group instruction. I especially loved that the quiz helps me assess who has truly mastered inference skills and who needs more support. Integrating this into my reading block has boosted students’ confidence when they encounter implicit meaning in texts. Highly recommend this for any classroom looking for meaningful, standards‑aligned inference practice that’s ready to use! ??✨
