This Informal Math Assessment for Upper Elementary students is an awesome tool to have in your classroom!

This product can be used for beginning and end of year evaluations, IEP goal writing, or even as an assessment tool for RTI students! It is a great way to get a preliminary idea of your students' strength and weaknesses in order to help better plan your instruction!

Topics Assessed:
-Place Value: rounding, standard and expanded form
-Numerical Operations (Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, and -Division- single and multi-digit)
-Fractions: identifying, comparing, adding with like denominators
-Geometry: identifying shapes, lines of symmetry, angles
-Measurement: length, area/perimeter, time, bar graph, picture graph
