Outline is great, but for the price would have enjoyed the worksheets and handouts that were used with this lesson.

I do like the lesson plans, but in it you mention a few items that implies that you have work sheets and resource sheets in the file. Unfortunalty they were not. That was dissapointing, especially considering the price. Proformas you mentioned are not included, and links that should be there for online resource are not either. But overall I am happy with what you have done, the above information is just things that I would have been happier with, if included.
