Check out my informative writing lessons and activities. This unit includes 10 weeks of no prep informative/expository writing lessons, graphic organizers, writing templates, prompts, and a grading rubric. It is great for students who are learning how to plan, edit, and write a full paragraph. Use it for grades first, second, or third. Handouts can be printed and passed out daily or bound together into a writing workbook or packet. Sentence frames are provided for differentiation and the prompts include illustrations and images to support all students. Lessons can be easily adapted and differentiated to support all learners. Use it with my narrative and opinion writing units or in isolation.
