Line Matching is a great way for kiddos to practice: handwriting skills, fine motor, and coordination skills. This line matching activity is bug / insect themed, great for gardening/insect unit or during the spring. The goal of the activity is to not only have children increase those fine motor skills, but to also match a bug from one side to the other. There are two pages & two different versions of this activity. One for kiddos who may just be starting to work on their fine motor skills that has preset lines, and one where the kiddos get to freestyle the line drawing. Such a fun/ easy print and go activity. This would be great during small group, having out during centers/morning time, or choice time!
