These worksheets are great for building observations skills in children as well as helping them to be curious about the world around them. These worksheets ask children to observe an insect that they see in their environment, learn more about the animal through research, and draw a picture of the animal. These same worksheets can be used for many different insects. While watching the insect in its natural environment also builds mindfulness and present moment awareness.
