Description

Students will practice integer operations in a fun, engaging way--an escape room! Students will practice with the algorithm and word problems.

This is a great way to practice and assess at the end of a unit.

Students are trapped in space and need to find the code words to find their spaceship and return to Earth! This escape room can be worked individually or in teams of 2-3. It will take students about a 45-minute class period to finish.

There is a way for student to check their code words digitally, freeing you up to monitoring teams as they work. (Through Google Forms) Teacher instructions and set-up suggestions are included.

The only supplies you need are envelopes or folders to put the challenges in and a prize (although there is nothing wrong with a high-five.)
