Engage unfocused students during Halloween with this integer math escape activity. Students will enjoy the integer operations practice while escaping the bat cave! This math escape activity involves no prep and is self-checking! A win for everyone!
By using this self-checking math escape activity, you will decrease student down-time! Students will immediately know if their answer is correct without waiting on you to check their answers. Our goal is to have students think about their mistakes and correct them before asking for help. Simply share the Google Sheets™ digital activity and each student will have their own individual escape activity!!
Students have 12 problems practicing adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing integers. Students immediately know if their answer is correct if the bat changes to a fall item. After 3 questions are answered correctly, the next 3 questions appear allowing students to focus on 3 questions at a time.
A challenge question about integers appears when all 12 questions are answered correctly. Answer the challenge question correctly and escape the bat cave! What a fun way to incorporate a Halloween math activity while practicing integer operations?!?!
