Description
This is a set of 20 task cards that cover integer operations:
**4 addition
**4 subtraction
**4 multiplication
**4 division
**4 mixed practice
These are somewhat basic, so you could use these to practice after introducing the rules to see what they remember/retain!
An option is to have them work in groups of 3-4, and after they solve them, they would compare and order the cards from least to greatest without talking. I do this in my class and it is hilarious to watch the various ways they try to silently communicate. You could have the different groups compete for a small prize depending on who has the best time!
This is aligned to TEKS 8.2B and CCSS 7.NS.A.1 and 7.NS.A.2.
