Description

This comprehensive package covers an integer operations unit (adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing). Lesson plans, printable foldable, 3 assignments, and answer keys are all included. The foldable is 1 page and will cover all 3 days worth of note taking. The foldable is a great addition to any student’s interactive notebook. You will be gratefully surprised how much your students will use this foldable as a reference all year long! All materials are downloadable and printable. A complete math unit in a box!

This unit assumes that students have already had an initial introduction to integer operations, therefore, there is no mention of counters, algebra tiles, or number lines in these lessons. However, teachers can easily incorporate the concrete representations of integer operations when working through example problems in the foldable.

Integer Review and Test

I created Kentucky Fried Math to fill a need that I personally found as a public school teacher, for lessons that broke math concepts into pieces that were easy for my students to β€œdigest”. With that goal in mind, each of my delicious downloadable / printable packages is your recipe for success in teaching concepts in a way that exceeds expectations. Products are kid tested and teacher approved. Thank you for taking a look!
