Use this card sort in Calculus BC to help your students decide which integration strategy to use! There are 16 problems on cards labeled A-P that students will cut out and then sort on a mat whether the problem requires Basic integration, U-Substitution, Integration by Parts, and Integration by Partial Fractions.
There are some problems that fit into multiple categories to allow for discussion as the directions state we want 4 problems for each method.
An extension to the card sort activity can be to actually solve the problems after sorting, however the main focus is to choose the correct solution method.
