Description

Spring Adapted Book: Interactive adapted books are a great way to engage beginning emergent readers. Follow Froggy as he looks for signs of spring. This 10 page book uses repetitive phrases and sight words to read about the signs of spring Froggy finds.

Each page includes the sentences:

"Froggy looks for signs of spring."

Followed by the repetitive sentence frame:

"Froggy found a ______."

All sentences are picture supported to build confidence with emergent readers. Students "read" the picture on each page and locate the corresponding picture found in the flip-out picture bank.

Two sets of pictures, identical and non-identical, are included to provide a level of differentiation for your students.
