"This calendar works great for my kindergartners. It's simple enough for them to complete each morning independently. I love the repetition and practice they get."

Description

UPDATE:

I have created a simpler, cleaner version of the interactive notebook. You will receive a zipped file including the original version and the new version in separate files. Print them daily or place them in a sheet protector to use with a dry erase marker.

This product is a great way to keep students engaged during calendar time! While you or another student lead at the board, the whole class participates independently. It is a great way to check if your students understand the calendar math concepts.

Included you will find monthly pages August-July that increase in difficulty. You will find a copy of each style without clipart or months so that you can use them whenever needed. You will also find directions for my money game. There are also counting how many days we've been in school by 1's and 10's as well as a monthly weather graph.

Download the wall pieces that go with the original notebook and see a picture of my calendar wall.

This was the perfect resource to use with my special education students during our summer school program. I put these pages in sheet protectors so that we could use dry erase markers with them. Worked great!
