Description
This product includes three activities for students to do in their science interactive notebook. The entries include a Lab Safety Windowpane. (Pages 1-3 should be printed individually as one sided). When complete, students draw pictures on the front flap which are shown on page 4 (Key).
The second and third activities require not key and help students learn lab safety symbols and lab equipment. Pages 5 & 6, 7 & 8, 9 & 10 should be printed as front and back.
Just for fun, I added in my tool for students to self-assess their mastery of the learning targets and inform families about instruction and progress. This tool is called Monitoring My Learning and I use this tool for each unit in my interactive notebooks.
This file is editable, so it's easy for you to make it right for you.

Great Resource!
So glad it will be a help to you!
Unless you're good with publisher, this is a fun activity for the kids.
I find that publisher gives me more flexibility than Word. The students use these entries to become anchor notes that they can refer to anytime.
