These notes go with the GO MATH series. They are simple to follow and students can always reference them when they go home to do homework.

I have also added a section for FSA test prep that is done with the item specifications for 4th grade math.

Recognize that in a multi-digit whole number, a digit in one place represents ten times what it represents in the place to its right. For example, recognize that 700 ÷ 70 = 10 by applying concepts of place value and division.
