This product comes with:

• Table of Contents for students to put on the first 2 pages of their notebooks in order to keep track of their notebooks as well as provide easy notebook grading for teachers (I shrink 2 per page). I use this in every class by having the students fill it out throughout the year for every entry and I sign my initials for assignments that are completed (I use this as an extra credit grade every quarter). This is great if their is an issue with the school's computer system or if you forgot to put in a grade, you can refer back to the student's Table of Contents to see what the grade was in which you gave that student.
• I also attached two Testing Graphs in which I have the students paste on the inside of the back cover of their composition notebooks to keep track of their common assessment grades to provide a visual on their progress throughout the year by coloring up to their score (70%-100% = Green, 60%-69% = yellow, 0%-59% = red.
• The third item is a Standard Reflection Sheet in which students can keep track of their progress according to the learning goal at hand. I have students fill one out for each standard throughout the year.
• The last thing is a "Freebie": Do Now Template for students to write their answers to the Do Nows for each day of the week.
