This interest survey for science class contains 10 interest and learning style/preference questions. The survey allows you to evaluate your student responses and get to know what they are interested in, how they are feeling about science, and how they prefer to work.

This PDF is print and use ready. I find this really helpful at the start of a new year or semester when a new class is getting started.
