Would you like an easy way to communicate with your students and their parents about progress towards academic goals and standards? This form is for you! As an intermediate teacher, each week I would send home "STAR Reports" which are a collection all of the papers my students completed the week prior, including class work, homework, quizzes and tests. I attach these papers to this progress report form and send them home each Tuesday. This is the perfect tool to communicate both with students and parents how each student is progressing towards meeting the standards being studied! My students look forward to receiving their STAR Reports so they can celebrate their growth and think about goals for improving areas of weakness!
