• I recommend setting up a binder that can be accessed by any intervention personnel. They should have access to the plan and results for students so they can make modifications accordingly.

• I believe the communication log is a valuable part of this pack. There is not always time in the teaching day to stop and have a conversation about an intervention. Communicating through notes keeps everyone on the same page, leaves a paper trail to document the work being done, and ensures that students are getting the services they need.
