It is a blessing to have interventionists but can also be hard to track! We created a simple time sheet that includes the lessons we want them to work on, the students we want pulled as well as a notes section so that we can receive comments on how the students did during the intervention. This way I can keep track of what is going on, have proof of skills being taught, and it doesn't take away from instruction time!
