Looking for a way to track what you are doing during your small group time? This is a good way to simply track how all your students are doing on each standard that you work on.
There are 2 main ways to use the product. I simply type in my students names on the left side and then print multiple copies that I write in by hand each week. The other option is to type across the top with dates and topics you know you will cover that week. I put an example of how to fill it in.
There is a key at the bottom. A "+" if the student is able to complete assignment/task on their own; a "check" if they are able to complete with assistance/guidance, a "-" if students are unable to complete with help (this tells me which students need to be re-taught or worked with again. You can also mark "ab" for students that are absent. This is helpful to know how many opportunities for intervention students are missing out on.
