CER can be a dry topic, but the clickable video links and colorful presentation in this unit kept my 4th and 5th graders totally engaged. The practice activities using pictures and charts provided the perfect amount of scaffolding. My students especially loved the "Sorting Activity"—it was a great way to check for understanding before we moved on to writing our own full paragraphs.

Worked well with my self contained biology class. Some of the wording is different than what we use in NY but still good!
