Here are 10 Work-Force-Distance problems that have the students solve for each of the quantities in the equation. I use it with my pre-algebra freshman general science classes and conceptual physics class. Guidelines are provided on the worksheet for the first few problems and then the students can make their own. If you have a class that really needs the guides, I suggest cutting & pasting them into the rest of the problems as I did for the answer key. Depending on the math ability of your students and their motivation, this could take anywhere from 10 to 40 minutes and can be used for classwork, homework or even a quiz.
