This is a HUGE package of differentiated task box activities with a Winter theme--perfect for January in the special education or regular classroom. This package includes 2-3 differentiated variations for each of 12 activities (that’s nearly 36 sets of task cards!!). Activities target specific skills in each of 4 curriculum areas (language, math, basic skills, and fine motor). Great activities to use with students with developmental disabilities or autism, hands-on / kinesthetic learners, early learners, during independent work tasks, centres, and more!

Math:
Snowman Telling Time Task Cards (reading analogue & digital clocks)
Winter Measurement Cards (measuring with standard or non-standard units)
Mitten Subtraction Cards (subtracting basic facts)
Language:
Sight Word Strips (reading Fry’s 6th 10 sight words)
Letter Matching Cards (upper & lowercase letter matching)
Ending Sounds Puzzles (final sounds sorting and tracing)
Basic Skills:
Snowman Shapes Clip Cards (2d shapes)
Winter Categorization Matching (matching winter symbols that go together)
Coloured Mitten Match (matching colours, visual discrimination)
Fine Motor:
Snowflake Punch Cards (fine motor)
Winter Pompom Cards (fine motor, colours)
Shape Tracing Cards (fine motor, 2d shapes, pre-printing)

Also includes directions for assembly, cover cards for task boxes, and instruction cards with visuals for students.
*Note that this download includes all printables needed to complete included activities. Some activities may need some additional basic supplies such as clothes pins, paper clips, or markers.*
