Je me presente! is a fantastic French resource that I use every year with my students. Students are asked to follow the example given and write a simple paragraph about themselves in French. On the back, I have included vocabulary terms (colours, months of the year, activities, and adjectives) that they can use to help describe themselves.
I always write one about myself and model to the class how to pronounce the words correctly. After writing, students are asked to practice reading their paragraphs with a partner. This past school year, I challenged my students to memorize their paragraphs and then present themselves to the class... en francais! It was a lot of fun :)
