This is a packet jam packed full of Graphing and Data Analysis activities to use with jelly beans. Perfect for this time of year or a great review tool for the last few weeks of school!
This packet includes a total of 6 engaging activities geared toward the Common Core Standards found in 5th, but can be differentiated for 4th and up.
Activity 1: Estimation and Creating a Graph
Activity 2: Create a graph and analyze the results. Find the mean, median, mode and range of the data.
Activity 3: Find fractions, decimals and percent using the data from Activity 1 and 2.
Activities 4 and 5: Determining Probability
Activity 6: Sequencing Probability and Running Trials
This would be a great tool to use for assessment as well. Check for understanding by making this an independent math center or as re-teaching tool or review session!
