Description
Special education daily lesson plan template that can used in the general education classroom, resource classroom or self-contained classroom. This resource can be used both by special education teachers and general education teachers.
Page 1 (shown in thumbnail)- Lesson title, date, time/period (of class), teacher, subject, standards and domains, lesson objectives, assessments, essential questions
Page 2 (shown in thumbnail) - Lesson preparation (vocabulary, materials, instructional strategies and methods, and homework) and differentiated groups. This page is replicated to give you and option to have student groups of 2, 3, or 4. Under the differentiated groups section, there is an option for you to add additional notes if needed.
Page 3 - Lesson sequence (I do, we do, you do, and exit ticket)
Page 4 - Lesson sequence (continued; to allow room for more space from page 3)
Pages 5 - 6 (shown in thumbnail) - IEP goals for up to 10 students (student name, goal area, and option to specify where goal is being addressed)
Page 7 - Instructional accommodations (presentation, response, setting, timing and scheduling) and reflection (space to allow room for teacher to reflect on lesson and identify next steps)
Page 8 - Additional information - anything you want to add of your choosing
The first page of every new lesson plan set will include a checkbox section for Common Core Domain Standards for you to select if you choose to.
This set of 8 pages is replicated for all grade levels and totals over 100 pages of pages. Also included are title pages for each grade level.
