Students will spin using a pencil point and paperclip or you may attach a spinner/brad. Students will tally results at the bottom of the page using tally marks. Students may work independently or in partner pairs.

Spinning and tallying provides great opportunity to discuss probability and outcome in partnerships or in a whole group setting.

Compare/contrast results.

Students may also transfer spin/tally results and complete a corresponding graph.
