This file is a single student checklist, but can be copied over and over for multiple student use. Contains easy-to-use dropdown boxes for each skill with space for comments. 3 weeks of progress monitoring spaces, but can be copied to create more.
Each category contains the grade level expectation, along with a brief description of how to assess the skill. Minimal prep required. Comes with a student reproducible sheet with images for some questions. Other supplies needed: whiteboard, marker, pencil, paper, counters, base-ten blocks, ten-frame cards with dots (or a rekenrek).
