These "check off" sheets are so useful for me when planning my year and ensuring that I've thoroughly met each CCSS Standard in Math and English/Language Arts. Next to each standard, jot a quick note of when you meet the standard through the year. This could include a specific lesson, mini-lesson, overall chapter-- what ever you did to cover the standard! Note: The ELA standards included are for Literature and Informational Text only.

If one standard doesn't have enough room to write all that you need, 2 blank pages (one for ELA, one for math) have been included.
