Use this form to review sight words with students.  Then students can complete the quiz to show their progress with spelling and word recognition.  The following words are featured in this practice form.

This form quiz can be sent as a link to students in ClassDojo or attached as an assignment in Google Classroom.  Data responses are recorded and students can get immediate feedback by viewing the score.  You can export results to spreadsheets. However, you may want to relabel the columns as words to be able to interpret scores more accurately by showing which words are correct and which words need to be reviewed. You now have a digital way to check student sight words. This can be used to document for RTI as well as IEP goals and objectives. During this stay at home order, I realized that I needed a way to collect data while not being face to face with my kindergarten students. This is a simple solution and will make paper checklists a thing of the past.
