Description

I designed this assessment to use in a Kindergarten class, but it would also be great to progress monitor RTI or IEP goals. It assesses the student on counting by 1s, 5s, and 10s, numeral recognition for numbers 0-20, colors, 2-d shapes, and 3-d shapes. You are able to record data for multiple dates, which allows you to easily see how students are progressing. I have also included an assessment reference sheet for students to use while you are assessing them. There are two versions one in color and one in black and white. The black and white version contains squares you can color in for color recognition.
