Share

Description

With over 500 color by code math worksheets, you will always have what you need to provide student choice and differentiation. In this activity students will be practicing kindergarten math concepts, cutting skills, glueing, following 4 step directions, and creating a fun character to stand up on their desk for the day. These printable worksheets are a great option for fast finishers, for morning work as students arrive, or even as part of your sub plan folder. There are 5 characters to use from in this set that will work for the entire school year, start to finish!

Each character set includes 5 characters:

⟿ Penguin

⟿ Bird

⟿ Robot

⟿ Pig

⟿ Alien

Each character set includes the following math concepts:

⟿ Number identification 0-19 (both word form and numerical)

⟿ Even numbers

⟿ Odd numbers

⟿ 2D shapes

⟿ 3D shapes

⟿ Number sequence fill-in-the-blank

In this bundle, we provide a set that can be used any time of year as well as options for Halloween, Winter Holidays, St. Patrick's Day, and Summer Fun for the End of the Year.

Once students have completed coloring, they cut out the picture, apply glue to the marked area, and bend the picture into a cylinder shape that can stand up on their desk. These could become part of an eye catching bulletin board but students will be excited to bring them home to share with their family members.

My kinders adore these and literally ask for them every day once they get started. I let them leave them up at their tables but mostly they love wearing them on their arm.??‍♀️ I think they love them for the same reason I do and that’s because they are different. They are still learning but don’t even realize it. Please do more.

I appreciate the number of different skills this covers. I do wish there were more than 5 characters repeated throughout, but - as a special ed teacher in a self contained room - I do like the consistency with the Grade 1 color by numbers.
