Use this fully-editable, comprehensive mathematical Google Sheet checklist to assess and track intervention data all of the key mathematical concepts in Kindergarten.

*Based on foundational skills from John A. Van De Walle and the GADOE K-5 Math Progression Document.

This file is a single student checklist, but can be copied over and over for multiple student use. Contains easy-to-use dropdown boxes for each skill with space for comments. 4, dated progress monitoring spaces, but can be copied to create more.

Each category contains the Kindergarten expectation, along with a brief description of how to assess the skill. Minimal prep required. Comes with a student reproducible sheet with images for some questions. Other supplies needed: whiteboard, marker, pencil, paper, counters, ten-frame cards with dots (or a rekenrek).
