Description

This tracker is for students to track their own data in the following areas: letter recognition for upper and lower case letters, writing upper and lower case letters, letter sounds A-Z and digraphs, and the first 25 sight words that appear is 1/3 of all written text.

This tracker is different from other trackers because students will color in the circle below each section once mastered (example: There is a circle below EACH letter, sounds, etc.). This leaves the section open to still view so ALL areas of the tracker can continuously be reviewed and monitored and easily viewed.

There are TWO pages that can be easily copies front to back. I suggest copying onto card stock so that it lasts all year. Each 9 week period or fall/winter/spring or however you progress monitor, you can pull the tracker out so you can assess students and they can mark their progress. Teachers can EASILY visually note where students are struggling to provide them with INDIVIDUAL and small group instruction in the areas not mastered. These are great for tutors and mentors as well.

There is not a separate student version to read from...this was created to be completed in a one to one session between the administrator and student as the student reads off their own tracker or another tracker.

Enjoy!!
