Help your students succeed in breaking down those tricky word problems by using this google slides, sharable, projectable or printable resource.
Daily Math or Number Talks:
- Project onto the smartboard/promethean board using "Full Screen" mode these 'talks' are used to encourage students to talk out their thinking and support growth of number sense, counting, and 1:1 correspondence.
- These are also perfect for Distance learning during a synchronous lesson. In edit mode, you can manipulate the 10 frames and counters.
Independent Work
- Small group work (teacher led)
- Seesaw activities
- Or share just a few problems to students on google slides for them to manipulate the 10 frames and counters themselves.
This set includes 50 total word problems:
- 40 addition to 10
- 10 addition to 20
Instructions included in the speaker notes on the first slide.
