Used this the two weeks before christmas and for not only my students by the whole school. Anytime I witnessed positive and kind behaviors. I have had a couple students still ask me if I have the tree up. Easy to implement. :)

This was a great classroom management idea for December. My first and second graders enjoyed taking turns decorating the tree because they were caught being kind. I loved it and they loved it. Some children made paper ornaments at home to add to the ornament basket. That was so kind!

I loved adding this to my classroom tree! I would leave an ornament on a student's desk each morning that I observed being kind the previous day and they would add it to our tree!
