This teacher-made test follows the format required to add a test to the Accelerated Reader program. From the AR program, you will select Manage Books and Quizzes at the top of the Accelerated Reader Record Book, then select Create a Book Quiz. Enter the book and quiz details; then, upload this document containing 5-10 test questions. The answer choices will appear in random order when students take the quiz.
