Introduction To Kitchen Utensils & Equipment

A powerpoint lesson for health and nutrition courses which introduces students to the tools which they will use in the kitchen.

For each kitchen tool the lesson includes: (1) a picture of the utensil; (2) the standard name for the utensil/equipment; and (3) a description of the how the utensil is used (its function). In total 48 utensils are reviewed.

The lesson comes in a powerpoint format and includes PDF handouts and video formats of the lesson for easy posting to your learning management system.

Format: powerpoint; video lesson; PDFs; google slide in a zip file.
