This document contains everything your students will need to the learn the basic safety symbols for corrosive, flammable, toxic, biohazard and radioactive materials. Students will play a "Memory" style game matching the property with its definition and examples. There is also a worksheet included where students will classify substances and define the symbols in their own words. The back of the worksheet contains multiple choice problems that can be completed with the worksheet or used as a quiz. And on top of it all there is a Word Wall with each of the symbols and its meaning for a yearlong reminder of what these symbols represent.
