Description
Two versions of this handy foldable are included, one with lab tool names displayed and one without!
***************************************************************************
This foldable is designed to introduce or reinforce common laboratory tools. The template can be used for students to take notes in or as a reflective assignment. On the inside of each flap, I have my students write the use for the lab tool and the corresponding measurement unit.
***************************************************************************
Just have students cut along the dotted lines to create an 8-inward flap foldable. No cutting around the outside edges necessary and no scraps of paper left behind! My students are trained to grab a template and cut/fold (which takes approximately 30 seconds) during bellwork. When completed, the foldable fits perfectly inside of a composition notebook!

Easy to use and adaptable to fifth grade science lessons.
I used this resource as a supplement in their Science INB.
Great resource!
Great was to list tools in interactive notebook.
Would be great to have a PowerPoint or video to go with it, but since it's free I'm not complaining. :)
Great item!
I really liked this resource! I edited it to include a stop watch for time rather than the spring scale, which you may want to consider but I love that students can add their own labels and notes to it!
Great resource. Thanks for sharing.
