These language development activities for learners from pre-k to 2nd grade are perfect for SLP's, language Therapy, small group instruction, independent practice and homeschooling parents. Did you know that early language skills are used as a predictor for reading success? Those that develop strong language and vocabulary skills are more likely to read early and easily. Children that do not have enough exposure to language or are showing signs of language delays can benefit greatly from targeted activities that encourage specific language.
