Late Work Accepted Log
Share

Description

A new log that more clearly models my classroom expectations. Any work that I assign is designed to assess student growth, and because of this, assignments are not optional. Students may take responsibility to choose their reasonable completion date for full credit. What's the point in denying a student's work? My students are empowered by knowing that I trust them to do their best, and they know that they will be assessed accordingly. I have a folder with these sheets in the front of the classroom. Students are responsible to fill out the form the day an assignment is due.
