Engage your students with this hands-on Leaf Sorting Number Activity designed to reinforce color recognition, and early math skills. Perfect for preschool, kindergarten, and 1st-grade classrooms, this activity is a fun, interactive way for students to practice sorting, counting, and categorization while developing fine motor skills.

This resource includes:

Base cards for color and number sorting (laminate for durability).

Leaf cards for students to sort individually (laminate and cut out).

Teacher directions for prep, setup, and classroom use.

How it works:

1. Print, cut, and laminate the base and leaf cards.

2. Mix the leaf cards for students to sort by color.

3. Place the base cards on a table, chart area, or small group station.

4. Optionally, use Velcro for a reusable and interactive math center.

5. Students sort leaves to the correct base card according to the color and number chart.
