This worksheet helps students in primary grades learn compound words. The activity consists of 2 parts with 15 total items. The first part gives students a pictures and asks them to connect the word to its word part and make it compound word. For instance there is a picture of a suit case with the word "suit" next to it, the students must choose the word "case" and draw a line from "suit" to "case" to make it a compound word. The next part is just words: it gives them two words in each items and asks them to circle the word that is the compound word (the other is a simple word).
