This is a document I created to cross-check student ranking of hitting a learning target versus teacher documentation of hitting a learning target. This document was used to help satisfy requirements for Ohio's 5-step process. I had students assess themselves using this sheet and then I compared my assessment of their performance to see if they matched. When they did not match, I went back to the student and reviewed what elements need to be present in his performance (I often utilized a rubric/list of requirements necessary) to satisfy the learning target. I also demonstrated examples of performances that meet the learning target and others that didn't.
