This is a data collection chart to document a child's progress when working on the Learning to Listen sounds. These are the sounds that are specific to Dave Sindrey's products, but I have added more empty spaces for you to add your own. The chart includes the sound,the item represented, the date introduced, the date detected, the date identified and the date discrimanated. I created this specifically for a student who was newly implanted with a cochlear implant. I hope you find it as helpful as I do. Thanks for looking at Itinerant Services!
