With each unit that I teach, I create a "Unit Packet" that I give to my students at the start of the unit. The unit packet includes readings, worksheets, and other information that I use in a variety of ways in class including Do Nows/Warm-ups, Check for Understandings, Homework, lesson supplementary support, and group work. The packet is a mix of my own worksheets as well as great worksheets that I have pulled out of resource books over the years. In short, the packet is a LIFE saver for making the information easier to understand for students as well as for you not having to make homework, classwork, etc. each night.
