Description
This product contains several resources to help you teach, review, and assess all 10 CCSS ELA Reading Informational Text (RI) standards for 4th grade.
All lesson packs contain the following resources:
Lesson Progression
Suggestions about how you can use these resources to teach an engaging lesson on each RI standard.
Informational Passages
All passages are about famous people. They are written at a fourth-grade reading level.
Activities
Activities are correlated to the standard for that lesson. They require students to use evidence from the passage to complete it. Some activities require writing, drawing, or internet research.
Quizzes
Most quizzes are 4-5 questions. They include multiple-choice questions and short-answer questions. All questions correlate to the standard of that particular lesson. They require students to use text evidence to locate answers. Questions are written to match the rigor of each standard while not being too confusing for students.
Bonus Resources
An extra passage and quiz are included for reteaching, homework, or assessment purposes.

Google Classroom Resources
In addition to these paper resources, the passages are also available in Google Slides. The quizzes are also available in Google Forms. The second or third page of each file contains links to make copies of those resources to your Google Drive if you want. If not, you can just print the resources from the PDF file.
